Refund policy

1. No Return Policy

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective or damaged product as defined in Section 4.
  • Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within the same day of delivery with detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage. Alternatively, if the damage is obvious upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery.
  • Exclusions: This no return policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Limited Warranty

  • Coverage: We offer a limited warranty on our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, unused conditions.
  • Warranty Claims:
    • Warranty claims are only available if the product arrived damaged. The product must be in its original, unused condition and not have been installed or used.
    • You must notify us within the same day of delivery if the product is damaged. Please contact our customer service team at info@peakslighting.com with your order details, a description of the defect or damage, and provide photographic evidence.
  • Remedies: Under this warranty, your sole and exclusive remedy is a replacement of the damaged product or a refund at our discretion. No repairs will be offered under this warranty.
  • Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, alteration, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications, nor does it cover normal wear and tear or damages incurred during installation or subsequent use.
